Got a Ram Promaster from 2019 to 2024 with a cracked or faded rear door trim? This is the left driver side (barn door lower) replacement panel you need. It's the black plastic trim piece that goes on the back door. Reference part number is 1ZT57JXWAB. Fits the Ram Promaster 1500, 2500, and 3500 cargo vans (base, standard, extended) for those model years. Made from tough PP plastic that can handle weather and wear, so it should last. It's a direct replacement – just take off the old, damaged piece and put this one on. Super important: please double-check the part number and look at the pictures to make sure it matches your van. Professional installation is highly recommended since instructions aren't included. Get your van looking tidy again with this OE-style trim cover.
