This little oil seal might be small, but it's crucial for keeping your Honda motorcycle's transmission oil where it belongs. The 91208-KB4-671 replacement seal fits a ton of Honda models including CT70 (1979-1982, 1991-1994), C70 (1980-1983), CT110 (1980-1984, 1986), and various XR80, Z50, and Rebel models through the early 2000s. It's 100% brand new and made to exact OEM specifications, so you know it'll fit and function perfectly. When your shift shaft seal starts leaking, you'll notice oil dripping from where the shift lever attaches to the engine - not a good situation since transmission oil is essential for proper gear operation. Replacement is pretty straightforward if you're comfortable with basic motorcycle maintenance - usually just removing the shift lever, prying out the old seal, and carefully tapping the new one into place. I've used this on a 1981 CT70 restoration project, and it sealed up perfectly with no leaks. The black color matches the original equipment, and the rubber feels pliable yet durable. Before ordering, definitely compare this to your old seal to ensure compatibility - measure the dimensions and check the part number if possible. Having a good seal here prevents dirt from entering your transmission and keeps oil from leaking out, which can save you from much more expensive repairs down the road. For vintage Honda owners, finding proper replacement seals can be challenging, so it's great to have this available at a reasonable price.
