5-Pack Stainless Steel Swivel Snap Shackles - 316 Marine Grade Quick Release For Sailboats

Sailors and boaters, these stainless steel snap shackles are seriously quality hardware! Made from 316 marine-grade stainless steel, which is the good stuff that stands up to saltwater environments without rusting or corroding. You get 5 shackles in different sizes (70mm, 87mm, and 128mm) to handle various applications on your boat. The quick-release pin is the real game-changer - it lets you release the bail even under load, which is absolutely essential for spinnaker halyards and other high-tension situations. The swivel action means they can handle dynamically moving parts without binding or twisting your lines. I've used these for everything from sail control lines to anchor rode connections and even some rigging projects around the dock. The construction feels solid and reliable, which is exactly what you want when you're out on the water. For safety, it's a good idea to tape the pins down to prevent accidental releases, but the mechanism works smoothly when you need it. Perfect for sailing, surfing, hoisting, or any application where you need a strong, quick-release connection. Much better quality than the cheap zinc-plated shackles you often find, and having 5 in different sizes means you're prepared for various tasks around your boat. Definitely recommend for any sailor looking to upgrade their hardware or replace worn-out shackles.
