As some of you may have noticed our regular Icon Student ministry nights is not on the calendar for Sunday’s through out the summer. In past summers we have realized that our Sunday night attendance greatly fluctuates through out the summer months. This makes it really hard to have any consistent messages with our students.
Because this is true we cancel our regular Sunday night events during the summer. We replace those events with what we call Show-Up Events. These events are less structured and focus more on building relationships. Our goal is to facilitate unity within our group as well as create an atmosphere that is welcoming for new students.
