Connecting Kids to Christ

C3 Kids exists to connect children to the gospel. We want children to understand the good news about Jesus Christ and how his death and resurrection personally impact them now and eternally. We focus on this every week by accurately presenting God's plan of salvation (the gospel) so that every child can understand it. We hope to see your child at one of our services this week! We hold services at 9am and 11am. New to Connections or checking your child into Children's Ministry for the first time? Fill out your family's information in advance to make the check-in process for service much easier by clicking the button below.

C3 Church at the Fair

Families, join us at the fair for a community-based Sunday service on August 2nd at 9am. We will have some games for the children during the service!

2026 VBS

This is a family-oriented community event. For the safety of all children, a parent/guardian or another responsible adult must remain on-site and supervise their children throughout the event. Come learn, play, worship, and grow together as a family!

Join us for one or all of the dates! We will be at Ambrose Park (25404 Mall Dr, Martinsburg, WV) on August 4th and 5th. We will be at Poor House Farm Park at the Kester Pavilion (233 Almshouse Rd, Martinsburg, WV) on August 6th and 7th.

Madison Smith, Children’s Ministry Director
msmith@c3wv.org

Mady has been attending Connections since 2017 with her family. Over the years, Mady has served in children’s ministry as a helper, teacher, and Assistant Director. She stepped into the Director of Children’s Ministry position in September 2025.

Mady holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fairmont State University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. She is passionate about serving children and families in various capacities with the goal of compassionately meeting them where they are at and reflecting the light of Christ to glorify God. When Mady is not pursuing this purpose in her children’s ministry role, she is pursuing it in her role as counselor at a local Christian counseling practice. She enjoys spending time with her family and her husband, running, and being outdoors whenever possible enjoying God’s creation! Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 5:16,In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.”
